Return to Base Warranty

AframeFootpathSign warrants that all products are free of defects in material and workmanship, conforming to our specifications. If a product has a defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty has some limitations and exclusions.

Limitations and Exclusions

A-frame signs and footpath signs used outdoors are subject to wear and tear from weather and sunlight. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or natural disasters is not covered.

Repair and Replacement within Warranty

To claim warranty, send us photos of damaged items. We will analyze the damage to determine whether to repair or replace the product.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability will not exceed the value of the product or order, regardless of negligence or other circumstances.

Colour Match for Printing

Due to complex printing processes, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in color are to be expected. If you need precise color matching, please provide us with PMS codes. Otherwise, we'll do our best to minimize color differences..

Artwork Files for Printing

When providing artwork for printing, you are responsible for following our guidelines. We do not guarantee against errors if the files are incorrect. Please ensure your files are in CMYK to avoid color shifts.

Copyright and Ownership

If you provide artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it. AframeFootpathSign holds the copyright to all materials it creates. We reserve the right to display artwork in our gallery unless you request otherwise in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as custom printing is unique to each customer. If there's an issue, notify us within five working days with a detailed photo. We do not offer refunds, but reprints may be considered.

Turnaround & Shipping

Turnaround times range from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the products and services you order. Delivery times vary based on the carrier, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

We take privacy seriously. Personal information is collected to provide our services and comply with regulations. If you pay by credit card, your details are securely stored by shopify.
