1. Create an Account: Signing up is compulsory before you can place an order with us.
2. Choose Your Design Solution: If you're ordering custom-printed products, select a design option on the product page (Use Canva, Use our templates, or Use our service). If you're ordering non-customized products, you can skip this step.
3. Order and Upload: When adding your product to the cart, upload your design file and share your design link to complete the order.

1. Design Confirmation: If you request design help, we'll send a mockup quickly. We'll always check your uploaded artwork and notify you if there's an issue.
2. Turnaround: Normal turnaround is 4-5 working days; urgent orders take about 2 working days.
3. Delivery: Usually overnight in Auckland and the North Island, while 2 working days to the South Island. Not guaranteed, as this is beyond our control.
